Client Charged With Driving While Intoxicated

This case was a rather typical DWI case. The client had been drinking at a restaurant and a police office saw him driving in a manner he felt was consistent with intoxicated driving. A Breathalyzer test was performed which suggested that the defendant was over the legal limit. Some procedural mistakes were made by the officer which ultimately gave us grounds to challenge the evidence.

Result: Charges were reduced to obstruction of a roadway

An avid hunter and outdoorsman allegedly neglected to remove a firearm from his person before entering a secure facility. He was arrested on felony weapons charges.
