Dallas Criminal Defense Attorney Michael Grossman

On Wednesday August 19, 2009, a 35-year-old Dallas Police officer was arrested on charges on DWI charges. The incident occurred when the officer, believed to be off duty at the time, was involved in a car accident at Custer Road and Plano Parkway around 1:00 in the morning. Allegedly, the officer left the scene and was pulled over a few miles down the road. The officer was arrested by the Plano PD on DWI charges and charges of fleeing the scene of a crash.
